The lower level offers a family room, additional sleeping area with twin beds and a full bath. The No Wake Zone boast a large private patio and surrounding decks with the patio furniture ready for your enjoyment. Enjoy Lake Barkley with a quick launch of your boat at the community boat ramp. No need to get out on the county roads after a fun day on the water. If you enjoy outdoor space, you will love this location. With the location of this property you are conveniently located 10 minutes from the Lake Barkley State Resort Park. The park offers an 18 hole golf course (Boots Randolph), trap range, horse back riding, fitness center with an indoor pool and many hiking trails. The Marina has boat slips available for rent along with boat and jet ski rentals. Ready to do some fishing? Bring your pole and clean your fish at the park's fish cleaning station. With the Land Between the Lakes National Forest only 15 minutes away, you have nature at it's best . The LBL offers several nature stations, Plantarium, Elk and Bison range and the Old Home Place. If you are up for a hike, kayak or bike ride you will find a wide range of trails . A quick 45 minute drive you can have a delicious dinner at the famous Patti's 1880 Settlement and stroll the sidewalks of Grand Rivers.
